We are a family business, passionate about baking and proud of what we produce. The Premium Bakery was started in 2007 by Peter Ford and along with his son Graeme have grown the business from our beginnings in Loanhead to moving to our new purpose built factory in Prestonpans in 2017.

Our recipes have been passed down through four generations of our family providing the same traditional products that Scottish families have enjoyed for decades. We source high quality, and where possible, local ingredients ensuring the end product is to the highest standard.

There is nothing quite like taste of fresh bread! Our products are freshly made to order ensuring our customers always have the tastiest products delivered each day. Orders can be modified until 2pm Monday to Friday and 12pm on a Saturday.
